This app stores your settings — language, currency rate, selected allergens/diets, and scan history — only on your device. We do not store them on our servers.
Photos you take or choose are sent, only to analyze their content, through our processing server to an AI (Google Gemini). We do not retain the images after analysis.
Allergy and religious (e.g. halal) settings may be sensitive information, so they are handled only on your device. We do not collect or store them.
Except for the analysis purpose above, we do not share or sell your information to third parties.
Your settings and history live on your device. You can erase them at any time by deleting the app or resetting the settings.
We operate with regard to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the laws of your region (e.g. Korea PIPA, Taiwan PDPA, EU GDPR).
